You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your g444 account credentials. Deposits must only be made from payment accounts that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from third parties, is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit g444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
g444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on g444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
g444 uses your personal data to administer your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory and anti-money-laundering obligations, and, where you have consented, to send you promotional communications. g444 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
g444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, g444 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on record at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
